Which exercises are under Train?
Train collects tools for tempo, timing and technique. Metronome and Speed trainer set the tempo, Tremolo trainer, Alternate picking trainer, Gallop trainer and String skipping trainer train the techniques, and Timing analyzer measures how close to the click your strokes land.

How do I build a practice session?
A good session is short and has a plan: warm up with slow scales, pick one technique, practise it at a tempo where you play cleanly and then raise the tempo in small steps. Ten to fifteen minutes on one technique is enough. The log under Progress saves the results.
