Community
Community is a place for guitarists who want to share their own riffs, exercises, tone settings and backing tracks. You do not need an account to browse, preview and save a post to your own library. To share something yourself, you log in, pick from your saved work and publish it. Everything you create stays private until you decide otherwise, and you can make a post private again or delete it whenever you like. Only your own material may be shared: tabs and scores made by others must not be posted.
How to use it
- Pick a type, language or tag, or search for a word, and press Search. Open a post to see it and play it.
- Press Save to my library to copy the post into your browser. Nothing is sent back to the person who shared it.
- To share something yourself, log in to My Fabbe, open My posts, pick a saved riff, exercise, preset or backing track and create a post. It starts out private.
- Publish when you are ready. You must confirm that the content is your own or that you have the right to share it. If you change a published post you confirm again.
- If you see something that breaks the rules you can report it when you are logged in. If you own the rights to something shared without permission, you can file a copyright notice without an account.
What is Community?
Community is a place where guitarists share their own riffs, exercises, sound settings and backing tracks, and where anyone can browse them without an account. Shared posts can be previewed, played and saved to your own library.
Everything you create in Fabbe is private until you choose to publish it.
How do I share something?
To share, you log in, pick a saved riff, exercise, preset or backing track under My posts and create a post. It starts out private. The account must be confirmed by email.
Before publishing you confirm that the content is your own or that you have the right to share it. If you edit a published post you confirm again.
- You can make a post private again or delete it whenever you like.
- The post is anonymous by default, and your name is shown only if you choose it.
- Your email address is never shown to others.
Which rules apply and how are problems handled?
Only your own material may be shared. Tabs, scores and files made by someone else may not be posted, and neither may transcriptions of well-known songs.
Logged-in users can report a post that breaks the rules. When several people have reported it, the post is hidden until a moderator has reviewed it. If you own the rights to something shared without permission, you can file a copyright notice without an account.

No, not to browse, preview or save a post to your own library. An account is needed to share your own posts and to report a post. The account must be verified by email before you can publish.
What am I allowed to share?
Your own riffs, exercises, tone settings and backing tracks. You may not share tabs, scores or files made by someone else, and that includes transcriptions of well-known songs.
Is my name shown when I publish?
Only if you choose to show it. By default a post is anonymous. Your email address is never shown to others.
What happens to a post that many people report?
When several people have reported a post it is hidden automatically until a moderator has reviewed it. You, as the owner, can still see it, together with the reason.
