Statistics

Statistics and history for your practice sessions. The numbers are calculated in your browser from the practice log. Nothing is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Log sessions in the practice log. The statistics update straight away.
  2. Choose Weeks or Months to see practice time per period.
  3. Follow your streak and how many days a week you practise.
  4. Pick an exercise to see how your clean tempo has developed day by day.

What does the statistics page show?

The statistics summarize your practice sessions in key figures and charts. Everything is calculated from the practice log in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and you need no account.

The key figures are the following.

  • Total practice time and number of sessions.
  • Days in a row (streak) and your longest streak.
  • Practice days per week and sessions per week, as an average for the last 28 days.
  • Share of clean sessions.

Practice time per week and month

Practice time per period shows how regularly you practice. You switch between Weeks and Months, and the chart shows the last twelve periods. The week starts on Monday.

Below the chart there is a table with minutes, number of sessions, number of days and best clean BPM per period. The table makes the same figures available to screen readers.

  • Compare weeks to see whether you practice evenly or in bursts.
  • Months show the longer trend.

Tempo progress and time per technique

Tempo progress shows the highest clean tempo per day for an exercise you choose. A curve that rises slowly but steadily is a good sign. If it levels off, you can lower the tempo, change exercise or practise more with a click.

Time per technique shows how your practice time is distributed, with time, number of sessions and share in percent. It helps you see whether a technique gets too little time compared with what you want to improve.

Frequently asked questions

How is a streak counted?

A streak is the number of days in a row with at least one logged session. If you have not practiced today but practiced yesterday, the streak still counts. It breaks only when a whole day is missing.

Why are the statistics empty?

The statistics are built from the practice log. Log sessions, for example with a training tool, and the key figures and charts appear at once. Sessions from the training tools and Timing analyzer count.

What counts as a clean session?

What you have marked as clean yourself. In Timing analyzer a session counts as clean when the accuracy is at least 85 percent.

Are my statistics sent anywhere?

No. The figures are calculated in the browser from locally saved sessions. Take a backup under My Setup if you want to keep them. If you clear site data, the log and with it the statistics disappear.
